The work location is Kusatsu Onsen, Gunma Prefecture. It is about a 25-minute bus ride from the nearest station, Naganohara-Kusatsuguchi Station on the JR Agatsuma Line. Commuting by car is also possible. We have a dormitory for those who are considering relocating, so we welcome applicants from far away.
Working hours and days:
This is a full-time position exclusively working the night shift. Working hours will be primarily at night, with shifts based on company regulations. This is the perfect environment for those who want to make effective use of their nighttime hours and those who want to work at their own pace.
Job description:
You will be responsible for all nighttime front desk duties at a ryokan inn in Kusatsu Onsen. Your responsibilities will mainly include checking guests in and out, managing reservations, answering the phone, making simple patrols of the building, and preparing for the next day. This is a rewarding job, as you will be supporting guests to ensure they have a safe and enjoyable stay.
