Job Description:
Eventually, I will leave the management of the shipping management department to you. At first, you will learn the shipping work (pasting slips, packing products, etc.), but after that, you will focus on management work such as PL management, recruitment, and shift management.

・Practical experience in warehousing and shipping is welcome.
The shipping management work itself is handled by part-time and part-time workers who are currently affiliated, and the work itself is not difficult. As a related department, there are some warehouse operations (receiving and shipping of products). In the future, department management will be the main task, so I hope that you will demonstrate leadership in coordinating several dozen staff.

Required Experience/Abilities:
