You can deepen your management knowledge and experience through sales consulting experience for agents. Engage in thorough and administrative duties. It's a job that allows you to assemble work with your own discretion. In addition, you will be responsible for developing new distributors who will be the core of our future sales channels. We do not sell life insurance directly to customers.
After joining the company, you will receive training, including product content knowledge. As a common education system in the life insurance industry, the agent in charge is decided after passing the general course exam. In principle, you will be asked to come to work every day and manage your working hours at your own discretion.

Qualification requirements:

University graduate or above
Regardless of industry or type of job, have a correct understanding of compliance, receive a high level of professional ethics education, and have a correct view of the profession.
Ordinary car first class driver's license (paper driver not allowed)
Excel/Word/PowerPoint can be used without any operational problems

Over 30 years old
・Experience in sales for life insurance agents at a life insurance company, or experience in a sales office management position

After joining the company, you will be assigned to either the Tokyo Metropolitan Area 1st Branch, Tokai Branch, or Osaka Branch

Working hours:
9/00~17/00 (1 hour break) *flextime available (no core time)

Annual Income/Salary:
5 million yen ~ 10.49 million yen

5 million to 11 million (including variable compensation) *Determined according to experience
