【Workflow】
Customers and business partners will introduce people who want estimates by fax or telephone, so we will contact the people who want estimates by visiting their homes to discuss the date and time of the estimate, and entering the customer information (name, address, and phone number) on the estimate sheet that the sales representative will have.
Enter the estimate information (working days and fees) that describes the contents of the sales meeting with the customer into the management software on the computer.
We will create an outsourcing order form for electrical work, piano transportation, etc. and request it to be sent by fax.
Two days before the work day, we will prepare a work slip that the worker will have and make a final confirmation that there are no discrepancies in the content of the outsourcing request.
We will contact the customer by phone the day before the work day to make a simple confirmation such as whether the packing is done.
Responds to inquiries from customers regarding confirmation and changes to contract details.
We ask single customers about the items to be transported and work conditions, and then provide price guidance.
