While exchanging opinions with the president (30s), you will be involved in organizational development of the entire group company, recruitment of new graduates and mid-career workers, reconstruction of training (development), personnel allocation, etc. In 2020, the current president became the president, and the company is now facing an organizational transformation. We are actively working on organizational development, and we are working on promoting management innovation and evolution from the perspective of human resources as a management issue.
