[Specific work content]

* Job Description:

You will be involved in the total production of office design as a sales person when establishing a new office or relocating an office.
If you request us, we will complete all the office design, and we are developing a comprehensive total service.

* Basic work flow

(1) Visits and interviews: Visit the customer and hold a meeting. We confirm your needs such as layout, budget and delivery date.
At the same time, we conduct a field survey and measure the size of the room, the number of fixtures, etc.
(2) Proposal preparation: Create a proposal based on the contents of the hearing and survey. At this time, we also create layout drawings, estimates, and process charts.
(3) Presentation to customers: We will use the proposal materials to make a presentation.
(4) Order acceptance: Once the client is satisfied with the content of the proposal, the project begins. We will manage the entire project, including delivery dates and costs.
(5) Start of construction: We will proceed with construction in cooperation with the contractor. We will regularly check the progress of the project and, if necessary, visit the site to confirm the progress.
(6) Handing over: When the product is completed successfully, it is handed over to the customer. We will also be present at the relocation to see the completion of the construction.

1) We will produce the total space while utilizing our office furniture products and other companies' products.
2) You will also be responsible for the adjustment and control of the contractor. Due to the construction work at the new location, we may be able to work on holidays depending on the customer's convenience, but in that case, we will ask you to take a substitute holiday.
