In order to think about where the issues are, I would like you to visit each factory, interview factory managers and general managers, come up with solutions together, and present those ideas to management.

Monthly and annual settlement processing, tax accountant support, bank support, fund management
2) Factory circulation audit: Periodically audit the factory from a management accounting perspective
