As a candidate for section manager/department manager of the construction/equipment maintenance department within the steelworks, you will be in charge of overall management work.

・Safety and quality control
・Labor management and outsourcing management of partner companies, etc.
・Progress management of construction and equipment maintenance work
・Budget management for administrative bases (management accounting from sales to gross profit)
・Sales support for customers, mainly steel mills, unit price negotiations, etc.
