Work to improve the quality of cars manufactured overseas
My job is to work with BMW production plants in eight countries around the world to improve the quality of foreign cars that arrive in Japan.
in particular…
We report vehicle damage and malfunctions discovered during new vehicle maintenance to the production factory and request improvements.
Performs simple office work using Microsoft Office, such as data entry, tabulation, and document creation.
[1] Investigation and analysis of causes of defects
[2] Create a defect report in English (standard Excel format)
[3] Responding to inquiries from production plants in English (email)
Regular duties are [1], [2], and [3] above.
As my knowledge increases and I get used to it, I will participate in regular quality meetings. (Conversation in English with foreigners)

PC skills: Microsoft Office
*Mainly Excel: data entry and graph creation.
English proficiency: TOEIC 500 points, Eiken Pre-2 level.
*All conversations within the company are in Japanese.
Vehicle knowledge/experience: Not required (preferable if available), those who are interested in cars

Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (according to company calendar)
