Job Description:
We are looking for manufacturing engineers at our Kitakyushu factory, which manufactures and processes automotive exhaust parts, interior sound deadening materials, and heat insulating materials. You will be entrusted with the operation of press machines and welders that manufacture heat insulating materials and sound deadening materials, automobile exhaust system parts, and interior materials.

We have multiple factories in Japan and overseas, and while we are incorporating the know-how we have acquired in our new factory, the environment is still new, so there is a lot of room for improvement by listening to the opinions of everyone working on the ground. Build a highly productive factory.

Required Experience/Abilities:

[Future Prospects] Currently, the automotive industry is facing a period of major change in anticipation of the shift to electric vehicles in the future. It is expected that the scale of our products, muffler parts (exhaust parts), will also be reduced in line with electrification. On the other hand, our other main products such as heat insulating materials and sound deadening materials, which are related to the interior of automobiles, are products that continue to be required even for electric vehicles. Currently, we are increasing the production ratio of interior parts. Our strength lies in our ability to keep changing with the times.
