Operate a forklift to load and unload goods throughout the day. The work is over when the work is done because the baggage to be in charge is assigned the day before or by the morning of the day. Overtime work occurs for about 1-2 hours per day, but some sales offices have no overtime days, so it is fully possible to balance work and private life. We also do manual work, but each product is not so heavy, and the burden on the body is small.

A forklift license can be obtained at full cost from the company. In addition, there is not much noise in the warehouse, so it is an environment where you can concentrate.

After joining the company, you will first learn how to operate a forklift. Once you have been certified as a flight attendant by your senior, you will be assigned to this assignment. After that, learn product knowledge and company rules, and aim to become independent in about 1 to 2 months. For those who wish, group training is conducted at a group training facility in Shiga Prefecture. Training for forklift instructors, training for interview skills, and other content that will lead to career advancement. If you are certified through training, you will receive an allowance from the company.
