We are recruiting manufacturing engineers at our Kitakyushu factory, which manufactures and processes automobile exhaust parts, interior sound deadening materials, insulation materials, etc. You will be entrusted with the operation of press machines and welding machines that manufacture and process insulation materials and sound deadening materials, as well as automobile exhaust system parts and interior materials.

Our company has multiple factories in Japan and overseas, and while we are incorporating the know-how we have gained there into the new factory, it is still a new environment, so there is a lot of room to collect opinions from everyone working on site and make improvements. . Let's create a highly productive factory.

Required experience/ability, etc.:
・Inexperienced people are welcome! Craftsman-like skills are not required. If you can perform each task carefully and steadily, you can succeed even if you have no experience. We welcome people with sales experience and a strong desire to achieve their goals!

[Working environment] Seven people joined our company through Recruit last year. Many of our current employees are former office clerks and beauty club staff, and many are new to the manufacturing industry. The actual work involves loading the parts into the processing machine, pressing a switch, and packing them, so there is no need to worry about carrying heavy objects or getting your hands extremely dirty.
