Job Description:
・We will entrust the production technology to our company, which manufactures and processes interior materials such as automobile exhaust system parts, sound deadening materials, and heat insulating materials. We aim to improve productivity by discovering issues (loss) in the current production line. You will be entrusted with the operation of the new factory in cooperation with each department.

[Future Prospects] Currently, the automotive industry is facing a period of major change in anticipation of the shift to electric vehicles in the future. It is expected that the scale of our products, muffler parts (exhaust parts), will also be reduced in line with electrification. On the other hand, our other main products such as heat insulating materials and sound deadening materials, which are related to automobile interiors, continue to be required even in electric vehicles. Our strength is that we can continue to change with the times.
