[Specific work content]
You will be in charge of the following tasks at our company, which manufactures and sells mainly automotive parts such as muffler sound absorption and heat insulation materials, as well as construction materials and heat insulation materials for water heaters.

・Equipment maintenance: Responsible for maintenance and control of production and electrical equipment

・Production technology work: We hold meetings with the customer, and based on the drawings we receive, we confirm whether processing is possible at our factory and what equipment is required, and prepare for production from the prototype stage to mass production.
・Schedule creation and adjustment until delivery
・Factory manufacturing process design

*Production image: Our main products are automotive exhaust pipe parts (mufflers, etc.).
For example, since mass production will start 3-4 months before the launch of a new car, preparations will begin about a year before that, and production activities will continue with the image that production will continue for 5-6 years.

* Immediately after joining the company:

・For 1 to 3 months after joining the company, we will start from learning the manufacturing process one by one until mass production at the factory as on-site training.
After that, we plan to have them learn how to create work procedures (instructions for on-site workers) and forms to be submitted to customers, and how to give production guidance when mass production starts.
