You will be in charge of the agency and responsible for the promotion of our products.

・Promotion of sales to agents (proposal of sales plan, provision of sales information)

・Training and sales guidance for agents (product training, etc.)

・New development of large wide area agents and regional agents

*Because it will be an agency business, the existing agency will be 90%, and the goal is to establish 3 to 4 new agencies per year.
There is almost no jump-in to new establishments, and it is possible to conduct customer-oriented sales while making use of our experience so far, mainly based on introductions from other companies and existing agencies and web information.

Qualification requirements:
University graduate or above

Sales experience at a financial institution
(Those aged 30 and over have life insurance sales experience)
Ordinary car license holder

Language skills/Japanese

We are looking for someone who has the communication skills to accurately grasp the requests from the agency in charge, and the ability to act quickly to respond to requests.

Working hours:
In principle 9/00~17/00 (actual work 7 hours. Flex system available)
About overtime Overtime work is assumed to be about 30 hours per month

Annual Income/Salary:
5 million yen ~ 10.49 million yen
