We support people with disabilities to live comfortably in the community.
〇Dream Koshien is a multi-functional disability welfare service office that provides a variety of services, such as life care, employment support, and self-reliance training, mainly for people with intellectual disabilities.
〇 We have offices in Nishinomiya City, Amagasaki City, Kawanishi City, and Itami City, and provide a wide variety of services.
〇 We operate more than 20 group homes in Nishinomiya City, mainly in Koshien, which is highly convenient.

Inexperienced people are welcome!
〇 Until you get used to the job, we will teach you one-on-one, so you can learn the job with peace of mind.
〇 People in their 60s and 70s are also active.

Night shift workers are welcome!
〇 You will work at a group home where 2 to 3 caretakers will support about 10 users.
〇 A monthly allowance of 30,000 yen will be paid to full-time night shift workers.
