[Specific work content]
You will understand the company's products and internal commercial flow, collaborate with related departments, external outsourcing companies, and various vendor companies, and perform comprehensive management (planning, proposals, maintenance, and repairs) of the company's information system, including not only the core system but also the subsystems of each department.

* Main work contents

・In-house IT strategy planning and promotion
・In-house system planning (back-end to front-end)
・Development and operation of sales management and production management systems
・Development using Oracle, DB2 ・Improvement of business due to system introduction, etc.
・ Vendor negotiation, control ・ Internal line management

* System development (downstream process) and maintenance are outsourced to cooperating companies.

The company is promoting the outsourcing of the system, and will be mainly engaged in the upstream process (planning, requirement definition, etc.), and will be in a position to lead the optimization with internal IT as the chief.
