・There is a diligence incentive allowance (3,000 yen/month)
・Late night allowance paid separately
・Housing allowance (3,000 to 10,000 yen/month)
・Salary increase available
・Bonuses paid twice a year (June and December) (5.15 months in the previous year)
・Regular payment of transportation expenses
