Job Description:
[Summary] You will be entrusted with product planning at our company, a gift food manufacturer. Our main products are ice cream, sweets, and western confectionery.We will enter the market of gifts for baby gifts in earnest and further expand our business.

Responsible for renewal of existing products and new product planning. Our main products are ice cream and Japanese and Western sweets, but recently we are actively developing frozen side dishes that can be easily cooked in the microwave. After joining the company, first of all, you will go around departments other than product planning for training, and you will learn the flow of the company as a whole. For product planning, you will attend meetings, accompany business negotiations, and actually go to the development factory to learn about the work. Based on the sharp concept set out by the product planning team, the design team will materialize the product.

Required Experience/Abilities:
[Both required] Experience in product planning / work experience in market research and marketing
[Preferred] Food industry (especially gift-related) experience / management experience

[How to work] Monthly overtime hours are few, and it is an environment where you can work with a good balance between work and private life.
[Product strengths] The gift industry has seen an increase in the number of famous brands entering the market, and the number of competitors is also increasing. In particular, we have license agreements with sweets using fresh strawberries (Amaou strawberries), brands in Ginza, and brands in Kyoto, and we are creating gifts unique to our company that will please our customers.
