* Optimization of quality and price
* Rationalization and efficiency of ancillary work

* Purchasing plan and forecast analysis of actual results, improvement of specifications
* Inventory management of inventory (raw materials, work-in-progress, products, consumables such as packaging materials)
* Selection, compromise, and standard improvement of each business partner
* Management to realize safe and stable purchasing operations
* Examination of optimal proposals for materials, packaging materials, storage methods, additives and seasonings, information gathering, and proposals
* Design of production volume and order volume based on medium- to long-term business plan, risk hedging
