Please manage the manufacturing process (preparation).
You will be responsible for managing the preparation and manufacturing of ingredients to be served in bento boxes (large-volume cooking department such as fryers, convection ovens, and large pots).

In addition, you will gradually expand the scope of your duties, such as managing the lunch box plating line and giving work instructions, while also taking on a role as a manager.

Naturally, in the beginning, you will learn from the basics under the guidance of senior employees, and this is a position that will allow you to grow.

Number of people/recruitment background

For about 120 years since our establishment, we have been manufacturing and selling ekiben mainly in the Kobe area. It is characterized by its focus on new forms of ekiben that have never been seen before, such as the ``Hippari Dako Meshi'' that comes in a ceramic container and the ``Acchichi Bento Series'' that allows you to eat hot food anywhere by pulling a string. It's a product. We currently have 16 stores, including directly managed stores. We would like to continue to improve the ekiben culture in the Keihanshin area and expand our share of sales, so we have decided to recruit new members.

salary

Annual income 3,500,000 yen to 4,550,000 yen
Monthly salary 250,000 yen to 350,000 yen

*During the trial period (3 months), the hourly wage is 1,200 yen.
