* Job Description:

You will be in charge of overall management work as a candidate for the section manager/manager of the construction/equipment maintenance department in the steelworks.

* Business details:

・Safety and quality control
・Labor management and outsourcing management of cooperating companies
・Progress management of construction and equipment maintenance work
・Budget management of management bases (management accounting from sales to gross profit)
・Sales response to customers, mainly steel mills, unit price negotiations, etc.

* About overtime hours:

Overtime hours are strictly managed throughout the company, and the average overtime hours is about 20 hours. Attendance is managed based on PC log records, etc., and efforts are being made to prevent illegal work. We are also striving to encourage employees to take paid leave by setting paid days in advance, called the refresh leave system.
