Flow after joining the company

When you join the company, you start with picking.
The warehouse is divided into areas such as A area, B area, C area, D area, and so on.
(Products handled are different for each area. 2 to 3 people per area)

If you get used to it, you can also challenge fork license acquisition!

Regarding the acquisition of a fork license, we will consult with the leader and aim to acquire it while looking at your ability, experience and timing.
Experienced people who have a fork license and people who have a fork license but can hardly drive (paper license) will learn how to drive a fork again while picking.

Q1: Do you have training?
A1: Yes. During the training (trial period), we will conduct classroom lectures on picking work at the site, the main work flow, and the mindset of being a member of the Senko Group.

Q3: How is the air conditioning in the warehouse?
A1: There is a large fan on the ceiling. Therefore, I can work in the feeling that the wind is always moving (wind speed 1 to 2m). Be careful not to skip the instructions (laughs)

Q4: What do you do for lunch?
A1: There is a rest room. I'm taking a rest time by changing the time to avoid secretly. There are people who buy lunch at the convenience store and go to work, and there are staff who bring their own bento to save money.

Q5: What is a team?
Once you get used to the work, it's basically this job to proceed step by step on your own. I think and act on my own more and more, so I have a team system so that people on the team can follow up and ask me anything I don't understand.
