You don't go to work immediately after joining the company.
We have a practice field on our premises, so we will practice there. (1 week to 2 weeks)
We will practice driving a forklift using scrap materials that cannot be turned into products (items that cannot be turned into products due to missing items, etc.). Since this is a product that will actually be used on-site, you will be able to interact with it even during practice, allowing you to work smoothly even when you are out on-site.

■How long does it take to become a full-time employee?
We have a 3 month training period.
You will enroll in social insurance immediately after joining the company. Because I want you to concentrate on your work.

■Is it okay if I don't have one?
it's okay. Some of the people I work with now have paper fork licenses. I think it's great that there's a practice area so you can practice until you're satisfied.

■Do you have to do any heavy lifting?
Almost none.

■Please tell us more about the loader.
Please note that a loader can lift heavier items than a forklift.
The vehicle body is one size larger than a forklift. Some people gain experience with forklifts and try their hand at becoming loaders. (Our company will help with acquisition costs)

■Do you have any anecdotes?
Because the technicians are strong, the person's habits are ingrained in the car body. With this in mind, we basically have one dedicated forklift per person.
When I was practicing when I first joined the company, it took me 10 minutes to go from A to B, but with practice I can do it in half the time, and the best part of this job is improving my skills!

There is a practice area right next to the factory, which is spacious and seems easy to practice in.
We were shown the products at the factory.
It seems that they handle products of various sizes, and their housing materials range from as small as 30cm to as long as 3m.
In such cases, it seems necessary to have a sense of balance of several centimeters.
Everyone in the factory worked casually, but everyone treated them like hands and feet. It really felt like craftsmanship.

To be honest, I thought forklifts were just used to move cargo from point A to point B, but...
Mr. T, who I interviewed with him, said, ``Our company is a little different from ordinary forks.That's why we have a system of one fork per person so that people can become familiar with forks.''
