Flow after joining the company

When you join the company, you will start with picking.
The warehouse is divided into areas such as A area, B area, C area, D area...
(Products handled vary by area. 2 to 3 people per area)

If you are assigned to Area A, you will proceed with the picking work while looking at the instructions and checking that the numbers match the items. Let's memorize the product names and the overall flow in the warehouse while picking!

Once you get used to it, you can also try getting your fork license!
[The company will cover all costs. We will also pay your monthly salary while attending forklift training school. ]
Regarding obtaining a fork license, we will consider your ability, experience, and timing, and consult with the leader to aim for acquisition.
Experienced people who have a fork license, and people who have a fork license but can hardly drive (paper license), will learn how to drive a fork again while doing picking work.

Q&A

Q1: Is there any training?
A1: Yes. During the training (trial period), we will provide classroom lectures on on-site picking work, the main work flow, and how to prepare as a member of the Senko Group.

Q:2: Can women also do it?
yes. This is a job that can be done by both men and women. Recently, female staff are active!

Q3: How is the air conditioning in the warehouse?
A1: There is a big fan on the ceiling. Therefore, I can work in a constantly moving wind (wind speed of 1 to 2 m). Be careful not to skip the instructions (lol)

Q4: What do you do for lunch?
A1: There is a rest room. I'm taking breaks at different times to avoid crowds. Some staff members buy lunch at a convenience store and come to work, and some staff members bring their own lunch boxes to save money.

Q5: What is a team?
Once you get used to the job, you'll basically be able to work on it by yourself. Since I am increasingly thinking and acting on my own, I have adopted a team system so that people on my team can follow me and feel free to ask me anything I don't understand.

However, it seems that people who worked in completely different industries, such as those in the restaurant industry and drivers, are also active, so their previous jobs have nothing to do with it.
