・Development and proposal of new products
(When developing a new product, create a first sample (target product) as a dish, decide on taste when making improvements)
・Improvements and proposals for existing products
(Improving the taste and manufacturing method of existing products from a chef's perspective)
・Cooking suggestions that take advantage of the chef's experience
(Improving development staff's cooking knowledge and creating ideas that lead to new product development)
・Chef's cooking techniques and advice

・Disseminating knowledge about ingredients
