Job content

Please manage the store from the launch of the newly opened directly managed store.
Hiring sales staff, selling lunch boxes, negotiating with business partners, and proposing products.

You will be in charge of sales management of lunch boxes manufactured at our Tokyo factory (Adachi-ku, Tokyo) and store management.
We will mainly sell lunch boxes manufactured at the Tokyo factory, which was just opened last year, at our directly managed store (Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture), which is scheduled to open in September.
It's a rewarding job to be involved from the launch of the shop.
It's a job that you can't really experience the real thrill of opening a single store with great discretion over people, things, and money.

Monthly salary 280,000 yen - 350,000 yen

*Depending on experience, a trial period may be provided.
*The trial period is 3 months, during which the hourly wage is 1,300 yen (transportation expenses 14,000 yen/month). Other conditions remain unchanged.
The above amount includes deemed overtime (44,800 yen for 30 hours per month).
*Excess amount will be paid in full
