[Specific work content]

* After joining the company, you will start with online learning of basic knowledge and guidance by a training trainer.

* If you acquire management and store operations, you can be promoted to store manager in about a year. Candidates with store manager experience at other companies in the same industry will be considered.
* Work contents after training:
* Sales and customer service of Western sweets and bread
* Merchandise display
* Store manager support

* You will start by selling Western confectionery and bread at department stores and station buildings, and will gradually be entrusted with store manager duties such as sales management.

* Store manager duties:
* Sales and purchase management
* Correspondence with contractors and SVs
* Organizing events and functions
* Developing part-time jobs
* Staff shift management, etc.
