I would like to tell you that it is the best workplace for those who want to continue working happily for a long time! We will flexibly respond to family circumstances and children's sudden unwell!
We interviewed Mr. Yamauchi (in charge of assembly) and Mr. Seto (in charge of facilities), who joined the company at the same time in July 2021.
◎ Why did you choose our company?
Yamauchi: To be honest, it was because it was close to my house... (laughs) I also found the bonuses attractive.
Seto: Me too (laughs)
◎What kind of work are you doing now?
Yamauchi: We do assembly work in a clean room. I'm doing trial and error how to do detailed hand work efficiently.
Seto: As someone in charge of equipment, I am responsible for operating machines and changing programs according to specifications.
◎ When do you feel rewarded?
Yamauchi: Every time I reach my daily goal, I feel a sense of accomplishment and a sense of accomplishment.
Seto: Also, since we work as a team, there is a sense of unity in overcoming problems while worrying and thinking together.
Yamauchi: That's right! In the beginning, my seniors helped me many times, and when I was able to do it, they praised me, which made me happy.
◎ Please send a message to those who are looking at this job.
Yamauchi: There is no compulsory overtime on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so I think it's a job that is kind to those raising children, and it's a workplace where you can work hard for a long time!
Seto: Before I joined the company, I wasn't familiar with the product called a photo sensor. So, even if you are not familiar with electronic products, there is no problem at all! We are looking forward to working with you!
[Senior message] Perfect for those who like to work silently! I am studying every day so that I can be involved in a wide range of work!
Since my previous job was a rather hard job, I wanted to focus on making it easier to work in my next workplace! I looked at various companies, but my mother used to work for Shinko Denshi, so I naturally decided to apply. I was lucky enough to join the company two years ago.
I had no knowledge about electronic components, but I remember being excited to work in such a clean company.
After joining the company, I was in charge of shipping inspections. I learned the ABCs of our company in a position where meticulous checks are required, such as product packaging and checking whether products imported from overseas operate correctly. Then, I began to be involved in the inspection and assembly work of products in the clean room, and gradually expanded the scope of my work.
Inspection work is a position where if there is a defective product, it is found and reported to the person in charge. Therefore, it is a job that requires concentration.
However, it's not a standing job, it's a feeling of "facing yourself" sitting down and doing work silently. It fits my personality very well, and I think it was a very good job change. I still have a lot to learn, but in the future, I would like to take on the challenge of working in operations and sales, aiming to become a full-time employee.
There are many staff who actually work long-term, and the atmosphere and human relations are very good. I found a colleague who I get along well with, and I really enjoy going here!
