Depending on your experience and ability at the time of joining the company, you will be in charge of preparation for construction, start of construction (meetings, creation of construction drawings), inspection (safety, process, quality control, etc.), completion and handover (construction period is 6 months to 1 year), and after-sales maintenance.
*Construction results/In Shonan, there are many private homes, and in Izu, there are many villas.

In principle, I do not work at multiple sites, and I work at up to 2 sites at most. We are promoting the use of IT, lending ipads to all on-site supervisors and digitizing documents. On-site progress management is now possible within the company or over the phone, so there is no need to stay on-site, and it is an environment in which work can be prioritized and tackled efficiently. Also, in the unlikely event that you have to go to work on a holiday, you will get a holiday, so you can work in a well-balanced way.
