Kyoto Plaza Hotels Co., Ltd. opened the Kyoto Plaza Hotel in 1996, following the footsteps of a lumber store founded in 1930 and a metal surface treatment (plating) business founded in 1948 in the current headquarters.
Currently, we have developed three hotel brands in the Kinki and Chugoku regions, and operate a total of nine hotels and inns.
The hotel name "Plaza" means "Plaza" in English. We wanted to create a “place for interaction” for guests staying for various purposes and to contribute to the local community. As a result of that thought, the hotel is currently used in various scenes, such as leisure, business, educational trips, and groups participating in sports competitions.
We aim to be not only a place to provide our guests with a rest, but also a place to "heal the mind and body" to provide vitality for tomorrow, and to provide a place of comfort for "both mind and body" in place of our homes.
