We will entrust you with the overall processing of fish such as tuna, salmon, and sea bream.
Considering aptitude and desires, we plan to assign you to two departments: ≪Live fish processing≫ and ≪Slicing processing≫.

The following two divisions are the main areas of work.

1. Live fish processing department (mainly the work of cutting live fish into 3 pieces)
(Working hours: 08:00-17:00 and 22:00-07:00 the next day)

2. Slicing department (mainly for slicing)

*As for assignments, we will consider your wishes as much as possible after ascertaining your aptitude!

In addition, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
■ Carry-in, thawing, and cleaning of procured raw materials
■ Boxing of products after processing, shipping work, etc.

Working hours/days:

■ Monthly variable working hours system (within an average of 40 hours per week)

■ Day shift 08:00-17:00 (Break time: 60 minutes)
■Night shift from 22:00 to 07:00 (Break time: 60 minutes)

Vacation/holiday:

■ 2 days off per week (shift system)
■ Paid vacation (10 days granted after six months of employment)

*110 days off per year
