You will be in charge of planning proposals and technical sales for cosmetics.

[duty details]

* We provide ODM (other party brand manufacturing) services from planning proposals to integrated production of cosmetics (skin care products such as lotion, hair care products such as shampoo, makeup products such as foundation) and quasi-drugs. I'll enjoy having this.
* The sales style is centered on deep cultivation sales. We mainly acquire new needs through exhibitions and introductions from customers. Since we have many repeat customers, we focus on deep cultivation sales. Each person will be in charge of about 10 to 30 companies, and we will make proposals that suit each company. In the case of a company that has a large number of projects per company, several sales people may be in charge and work as a team.
* Proposals should include product targets, concepts, usability, package design, raw materials, sales promotion methods, etc., based on market conditions.
* After joining the company, OJT will be the focus. After joining the company, you will receive training on quality and products at the head office factory. After that, there is training in OJT such as sales accompaniment.

Qualification requirements:

* Mandatory conditions / Those who meet any of the following

・Sales experience in the chemical or cosmetics industry
・People who have sales experience in the OEM/ODM business format

・Person with English ability
