In order to strengthen the recruitment department in a rapidly growing organization aiming for an IPO, you will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment (organization, strategy, recruitment).
As a manager of the Recruitment Section, this position is responsible for all personnel strategy and recruitment.

・Recruitment, organization-related planning and management
・Prediction management of overall recruitment activities, planning and execution of improvement measures
・Management of recruitment of regular and non-regular employees
・Manage department members

With the expansion of business, there is always a need for recruitment. The annual number of recruits exceeds 300, including both regular and non-regular employees.
We have a particularly large volume of hiring workers in the manufacturing and logistics departments, but we are also planning to increase the number of employees in the corporate, marketing, and development departments, so we need to recruit with a sense of urgency.
However, since there is no fixed recruitment method, it is very attractive to be able to try various methods.

Qualification requirements:
