In order to strengthen the recruitment department in a rapidly growing organization aiming for an IPO, you will be responsible for all operations related to recruitment.

・Prediction management of overall recruitment activities, planning and execution of improvement measures
・Recruitment of regular and non-regular employment

We plan all products in-house, produce them in our own factory, and sell them directly to users nationwide through our website and mobile apps.
With a DtoC (Direct To Consumer) business model, the business scale has grown by more than 300% every year since its official launch in May 2018, and is still expanding.
With a very stable financial base, we are currently considering listing on the stock market.
We are aiming for further business growth while improving our services.
