Create a design document in Excel/word. Video recording of the work procedure.
◎ Site patrol
Check if the work is proceeding according to the procedure.
◎ Confirmation at the time of line switching (when the product to be processed is changed)
Changed the layout of the processing production line.
◎ Check sample creation
Confirm that the sample product is finished as designed.
◎ Notifying customers of raw material defects found in the factory
◎ Sending "product inspection records" etc. to customers
◎ Creation of corrective action when a complaint occurs
