job description:
(1) Develop strategies for sales promotion and training, and take charge of execution at sales offices and channels in charge.

・Participate in various meetings (for sales staff and agents) and provide promotion-related information on corporate compensation products (e.g., hot-selling / best practice information, introduction of new sales tools, guidance on product revisions, sharing of KPI progress, etc.)

(2) Review requests for quotes for new and ongoing contracts submitted by branches, including risk selection, underwriting conditions and limit management, to ensure continued profitability and avoidance of volatility. Obtain approval from superiors as necessary. Coordination with overseas parties regarding multinational accounts will also be carried out as necessary. Propose possible alternatives as necessary. )
(3) For some products, it performs operations related to accounting and securities preparation related to underwriting projects, including instructions to the operation department. )
Qualification requirements:
・Knowledge of market, distribution, contract solicitation, portfolio management, etc.
・Communication and presentation skills, logical explanation skills
・ Ability to create materials using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ・ Writing skills
・Spontaneity and ability to work with others as a team
・6-8 years experience in insurance underwriting or insurance industry
・Business level English is desirable

Business experience in corporate liability insurance in the sales department, training department, product department, and claim department in the insurance industry is desirable
