* Job Description:

You will collect and load in-flight meals and in-flight service items for JAL, ANA, and other aircraft arriving at and departing from Itami (Osaka International Airport).

* Work characteristics: Two people are in charge of one flight. While checking the progress of the flight on the monitor, prepare the in-flight meals and in-flight service items (paper cups, drinks, etc.) to be loaded. When the aircraft arrives, it picks up what is already on board and replaces it with a new one. This work itself can be completed in about 10 minutes, but it is a task that requires accurate work because it is related to the arrival and departure times of aircraft. Each person is in charge of 8-10 flights per day.
* Organization structure: We currently have about 50 staff members. Ages range from 20's to 40's. Many inexperienced new hires are enrolled, and it is an environment where even mid-career hires can play an active role.
* Employment form: Divided into "general employees" who have the potential to work in various occupations in all businesses and "full-time employees" who are specialists in certain occupations. This position will be a full-time position, but there is a possibility that I will be transferred to another department within the company when I become a career track in the future.
* About training: There is a training period of about 3 months. I plan to accompany senior employees on OJT and then be assigned to the field.
