You will be responsible for legal affairs in a rapidly growing organization to strengthen the general affairs department.

・General legal affairs of the company
・Stock practice and management
・In-house legal confirmation (legal check) work
・Corporate budget management
・Practical matters related to the general meeting of shareholders and operational management (including support operations)
・Other practical support during organizational reorganization
・Establishment of internal governance system and organization with IPO in mind
We plan all products in-house, produce them at our own factories, and sell them directly to users nationwide through our own website and mobile app.
With a DtoC (Direct to Consumer) business model, the business scale has grown by more than 300% every year since its official launch in May 2018, and is still expanding.

Qualification requirements:

・Legal experience at a general business company

・Work experience at a startup
・Those who have practical experience or knowledge of intellectual property laws such as trademark law, copyright law, unfair competition prevention law, premiums and misrepresentations law, antitrust law, personal information protection law, etc.
・Experience in secretariat work such as Privacy Mark and ISO27001, experience in implementing legal tech, planning and implementation of legal training, and holding study sessions on legal revisions related to related work.

We provide a service in which meals containing 30g or less of carbohydrates, 15g or more of protein, and 2.5g or less of salt are prepared by our in-house registered dietitian and delivered frozen to customers.
