Ingredients delivered from other factories and sake produced in the Osaka factory. Put them in a small container and analyze them using a measuring instrument. We will compare it with the standard value and report it to each person in charge, such as the manufacturing department, as appropriate.

* Cultivation and determination of microorganisms

Microorganisms such as fungi and mold are cultured in an artificial environment to determine whether the product is contaminated with microbes.

* Final product inspection

A final check is performed on the finished product packed in a container. Let's comprehensively inspect the transparency of the contents, foreign matter, scratches on the container, labeling condition (wrong characters, reading of barcodes, etc.).

* We also conducted a "sensory" test to smell alcohol. We also conduct inspections using actual senses, such as comparing the appearance and scent of standard products and inspection products to see if they feel different.
* Items to be inspected arrive in the morning, and we start with those that require early analysis. I do several tasks in parallel.
