・Patent infringement investigation/application
・Handling joint applications in partnership with raw material manufacturers
- Collaborate with local R&D at overseas factories and handle technical patent applications.
(There are also opportunities to travel overseas.)
*There is no need to worry about language as there will be an interpreter.

People we are looking for:

[Required]
・For chemistry majors
・Those who have experience in investigating whether a prescription does not infringe on other companies.
・Those who are familiar with patents and have experience filing applications.
・Those who have been working in patent and intellectual property business for more than 5 years
*Experience in either a patent office or a company's intellectual property department is acceptable.

[Optional]
・Those with experience in patent/intellectual property work in the cosmetics industry
・Those who have experience in interacting with patent attorneys and patent offices

Working hours/days of the week:

8:45~17:30

Vacation/Holidays:

《115 days off per year》
2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)
Holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays
Paid vacation: 10 days granted after 6 months of joining the company

1-8-35 Nishinomiyahara, Yodogawa-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka Prefecture
