▼ Answering the phone with customers
We have received inquiries about food defects from general customers and food stores.
Hearing about the condition of the product and information on the store where it was purchased.
▼Visiting customers and confirming products
In order to confirm the status of the product you inquired about, make an appointment on the same day or the next day.
Visit the customer's home or store and check the product with their own eyes. If you need a guarantee, we will guide you through the procedure.
■Other duties
Depending on the production status of the factory, we will provide on-site delivery follow-up and patrol guidance to workers.
