[Salary]

Officially hired as a full-time employee after the trial period: Basic salary 160,000 yen to 230,000 yen (depending on age, experience, and ability)
Employed as a contract employee during the trial period: Hourly wage 1,150 yen during the trial period
Officially hired on the last day after 3 months have passed since joining the company (appointed as a full-time employee)
Family allowance, housing allowance, unspecified holiday allowance (eligible for shift work), transportation expenses (up to 26,000 yen/month), paid according to regulations
Salary increase once a year (April), bonus twice a year (July, December)
There is a retirement allowance system (after hiring a full-time employee)

8:00-16:35 (45 minutes break)
