The work will be performed at Henkel Japan's Hino factory.

Picking work and warehousing work mainly using reach lifts within the factory. We are also starting to ask them to load the items onto trucks.

[After joining the company...]
First of all, in order to obtain forklift operator certification, which is a company regulation, you will receive guidance and education from a trainer and obtain certification. After that, you will be required to work on a forklift.
Our trainers will provide thorough training for driver certification, so you can rest assured without having to think too hard!

Application qualifications/conditions

■People with no experience in the industry/occupation are welcome.
No knowledge, experience, or skills regarding logistics are required! Most of our seniors joined the company with no experience. After joining the company, we will provide thorough guidance and education, so there is no need to worry even if you are inexperienced.

salary

Annual income 3,500,000 yen to 4,000,000 yen
Monthly salary 217,500 yen to 240,000 yen
*Estimated annual salary includes performance pay and overtime allowance in addition to monthly salary.
*The trial period is 3 months, during which time you will be employed as a contract employee with an hourly wage of 1,300 yen.
