As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing methods to address the most complex and emerging analytical challenges, with the goal of improving business performance through data insights and quantitative analysis. You will also be responsible for applying our expertise in statistical modeling and the latest machine learning techniques to marketing growth, operational efficiency and risk outcomes.

Build predictive analytics and apply it to marketing and risk outcomes, including response, lapses and losses, to help meet top-line and bottom-line goals.
Build analytical models that support performance optimization decisions around marketing campaign development, sales funnels and spend to leverage product, customer and channel opportunities.
Develop and apply a system to conduct statistically valid tests, properly administer tests, track them, and analyze results.
Share key findings and best practices from the above analysis with marketing managers and senior management.
Qualification requirements:
・Ability to cooperate with and motivate various staff across functions and levels, such as marketing management, underwriting, claims, actuarial science, operations, systems, and senior management
- Familiarity with direct and digital marketing processes and common commercial data sources.
・Experience involved in data warehouse operations from the standpoint of a business owner/user
・High communication skills and ability to motivate people
・ Ability to collaborate across business functions using collaboration skills
・Ability to communicate and cooperate with regional and local companies
・High execution ability in on-site work and as a team leader
・It is desirable to have English skills.
