As a Pricing Director, perform pricing operations for various projects and product development.
When developing new products, conduct research from technical and marketing perspectives Conduct pricing operations for new products and product revisions
In various projects, discuss with related departments such as product development department, mathematics department, and IT from the viewpoint of pricing
Discuss actuarial aspects of new products, etc. internally and with supervisory authorities, and carry out the approval process
Conduct basic research necessary for future product development
Support for necessary system development when launching new products
Qualification requirements:
Graduate school, university graduate or above

Experience in product actuarial work at an insurance company
Work experience in an international environment is a plus
Experience in consulting with supervisors is a plus

Mathematical analysis ability
Ability to perform duties in Japanese
Business level English is a plus
