job description:
1. Create a high-level survey report on the dangers of fires, explosions, and natural disasters in various industries using specialized technology.
2. Ability to communicate with customers, agents and brokers.
3. Conduct surveys not only for Japanese business but also for global accounts, create risk survey reports, and create reports to improve customer risk.
4. Do desktop assessments using reports produced by other insurers and brokers.
5. Subsequent surveys follow up on previous risk improvements.
6. Provide (for a fee) risk engineering services as needed.
7. Provide technical advice to underwriters when necessary.
8. Conduct disaster prevention training upon request from business partners and customers.
9. Assist underwriters in securing contracts when needed.
10. Submit management reports to managers on a regular basis.

Content of required technology

・English speaking, writing and listening skills are required.
Years of Experience Must have at least 4 years experience in loss prevention surveys, preferably 5 years.
