Promotion of the Group's risk management framework and necessary support, advice and supervision for the first line
Formulation support for ORSA reports, compilation of ALM risk reports, etc.
Response to economic value solvency regulations
Asset management risk management, formulation and implementation of stress scenarios
Coordination with the Group's Risk Management Division
Development of risk management policies and rules, Risk Committee Secretariat
Support for initiatives to foster a risk culture and strengthen other risk management systems
1st line CSA support, incident management

Qualification requirements:
Required
University graduate or above
Work experience in risk management or actuarial departments at a life insurance company
Basic knowledge/understanding of risk quantification methods
Business level English (reading and writing)

Passed the actuary exam subject

Tokyo

Working hours:
9:00 to 17:00 (actual work 7 hours 00 minutes break 1 hour 00 minutes)

Annual Income/Salary:
10 million yen ~ 14.49 million yen

10 million to 14 million (including variable compensation) *Determined according to experience
