Responsible for achieving division goals based on sustainable and profitable growth through planning product strategies for products under the jurisdiction of the corporate liability line, and various operations related to the establishment, revision and abolishment of products (FSA approval, establishment and revision of terms and conditions, handling regulations, etc.). Having a thorough knowledge of the products under the jurisdiction of the Corporate Liability Line, while paying close attention to legal revisions, industry trends, market trends, trends of other companies, and customer needs, he analyzes his own products and builds appropriate product strategies.
Based on the corporate compensation line strategy and aligned product strategy, we will provide new value to the market through the execution of various operations (Note) under the jurisdiction of the product development department.
(Note) The main duties of the Product Development Department are as follows.
Work related to FSA approval and notification, work related to establishment and revision of basic documents, terms and conditions, and handling regulations
Familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions and handling regulations, formulate and implement measures to spread common interpretations and operations among related departments (claims service departments, sales offices, area underwriters, etc.), and respond appropriately to inquiries about various interpretations from related departments.
Provide information and support from the perspectives of authorization, terms and conditions, and handling regulations when planning and implementing promotional measures.
Always report any problems to senior management for proper resolution
Qualification requirements:
University graduate (bachelor's degree) or above
Logical thinking/explanatory skills, negotiation/communication skills, presentation skills
Writing/reading comprehension skills, ability to create materials using Word/Excel/PPT, etc.
Business level English (preferred)
Proactive and forward-looking attitude, flexibly incorporating opinions of other companies, cooperative
Market and customer orientation
Ability to make objective judgments based on data with good data analysis skills
Can motivate others and move the team
Experience in negotiating with the Financial Services Agency regarding the approval of insurance products
5 years working experience in an insurance company
Work experience in the product department, claims department, training department, and sales department in the insurance industry is desirable
