【Main business】
Planning, production, and management of recruitment materials for customers, such as product pamphlets, leaflets, flyers, videos, and web pages
・Planning and production of new recruitment materials
・Revision of existing application materials
・Participation in various projects such as new product development and planning and production of recruitment materials associated with projects
・Various adjustments and cooperation with internal departments related to production
・Creative direction for external production companies
・Operations related to production progress management, content verification, examination submission, printing, and delivery
・Business related to inventory management and budget management
Qualification requirements:
University graduate or above
[Must]
・Work experience at a life insurance company (preferably experience in recruitment material creation/screening, product development/planning, etc.)
・Basic IT operation skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
・Communication skills

・Knowledge related to life insurance (tax system, social insurance system, etc.)
・DTP software (illustrator, etc.) operation skills

Annual Income/Salary:
5 million yen ~ 11.49 million yen
4.2 million to 11.5 million
